We want you to love your Serendip creation. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent refund process..

 

 

1. Eligibility

Custom or engraved jewelry cannot be refunded, as these are one-of-a-kind pieces made to your request.

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

Please email sales@serendipjewelry.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

 

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund immediately.
